[目的]利用液相芯片技术检测多重脂肪因子在老年糖尿病患者和对照人群血清中的水平差异。[方法]采用Magpix液相芯片仪对28名老年糖尿病患者和22名正常对照者血清中的脂联素、抵抗素、脂肪酶、脂质运载蛋白-2及纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1的表达水平进行检测,并分析两组人群各种脂肪因子水平差异。[结果]在糖尿病患者血清中纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1浓度是对照组的1.29倍(P<0.05),其他4种脂肪因子水平在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]血清纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1浓度与糖代谢密切相关,液相芯片技术的应用为慢性病的生物监测和控制提供了极大的便利条件。
[Objective] To detect the difference of serum adiponectin levels among elderly diabetic patients and control subjects by liquid-phase microarray. [Methods] Serum levels of adiponectin, resistin, lipase, lipocalin-2 and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 in 22 senile diabetic patients and 22 normal controls were detected by Magpix liquid- 1 expression levels were detected, and analysis of two groups of different levels of adipokines. [Results] The serum concentration of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 in diabetic patients was 1.29 times that of the control group (P <0.05), and the other four adipokines levels were not significantly different between the two groups (P> 0.05 ). [Conclusion] The serum concentration of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 is closely related to glucose metabolism. The application of liquid-chip technology provides great convenience for the biological monitoring and control of chronic diseases.
