关于官员业余时间出入娱乐场所从个体的需要来讲,本无可厚非,但是一些官员打着工作的旗号去娱乐,这种心态和做法就存在许多见不得光的“阴暗”。许多腐败也就是在这样的背景下滋生的。
There is nothing wrong with officials’ needs in their spare time, but some officials are entertained by the name of work. There are many “shadows” that can not be seen in this attitude and practice. Many corruptions are also breeding in this context.
