铁电存储器是新一代的非易失性存储器,FM31xxx 是 Ramtron 公司新近推出的几种不同存储容量的铁电存储器系列芯片。该器件除了相应容量的存储器外,还集成了多种支持 CPU 工作所必须的辅助功能。特别适合在为工业记录仪器、数据采集、可移动存储器等方面的应用。文章简要介绍 FM31xxx芯片,并具体给出了用 Atmel 公司的 AVR 单片机汇编语言编写的存储器读写程序。
Ferroelectric memory is a new generation of non-volatile memory, FM31xxx is Ramtron’s recently introduced several different storage capacity ferroelectric memory chips. The device in addition to the corresponding capacity of memory, but also integrates a variety of CPU functions necessary to support the work. Particularly suitable for industrial record equipment, data acquisition, removable memory and other applications. The article briefly introduces the FM31xxx chip, and gives a specific memory read and write program written in the AVR microcontroller assembly language of Atmel Corporation.
