随着社会的发展和网络资源的不断膨胀,读者对图书馆信息服务要求日益多样化和个性化,为读者提供个性化的读者信息服务已经成为当代图书馆面临的重要挑战。每个读者专业不同、兴趣不同、学历层次和职业特点不同,这就需要图书馆提供个人信息时,立足读者实际,考虑到个体的信息需要的特征,有针对性地提供个性化服务。鉴于此,本文对图书馆个性化读者信息服务进行了探讨,以期与相关从业人员互相交流学习。
With the development of society and the continuous expansion of network resources, readers are increasingly diversified and individualized in library information service requirements. Providing personalized reader information service for readers has become an important challenge for contemporary libraries. Each reader has different professions, different interests, different levels of academic qualifications and different occupational characteristics. This requires that when providing personal information, the library shall, based on the readers’ actual conditions, take into account the information needs of individuals and provide customized services in a targeted manner. In view of this, this article explores the library personalized information service for readers, with the relevant practitioners to learn from each other.
