目的:探讨M R I全脊柱成像技术在氟骨症性脊柱病变中的应用价值。方法:对23例疑诊氟骨症性椎管狭窄的患者,应用M R I全脊柱成像扫描技术,行颈胸、胸腰段脊柱扫描后,采用对接的方法完成全脊柱图像。结果:23例均获得准确、清晰的全脊柱图像,全部患者椎骨信号广泛减低;单发椎管狭窄12例,2处以上多发椎管狭窄11例;椎管狭窄的脊柱段中,脊髓受压24段,脊髓内有异常信号9段。结论:M R I全脊柱成像技术对氟骨症性多发脊柱病变的诊断及临床治疗有重要作用,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the value of M R I total spine imaging in skeletal fluorosis. Methods: Twenty-three patients with suspected skeletal fluorosis bone spondylosis were treated with MIRI spine imaging scan. The cervical spine and thoracolumbar spine were scanned using the docking method to complete the whole spine image. Results: All of the 23 cases obtained accurate and clear images of the whole spine, and the vertebral signals of all patients were widely reduced. Among them, 12 cases were single spinal stenosis, 11 cases were multiple stenosis of more than 2 cases. In spinal segment of spinal stenosis, 24 segments, abnormal signals within the spinal cord 9 segments. Conclusion: M R I spine imaging technique plays an important role in the diagnosis and clinical treatment of skeletal fluorosis with multiple spondylosis. It is worth to be popularized and applied.
