国有企业的改革,是社会经济生活中绕不开的大关大坎。近期的两则新闻,又一次让国有企业引起了各界关注。 一则新闻是,广州市20家大型国有企业面向全国招聘61位高级管理人才,开出了8万~20万的年薪,但组织者预期的“趋之若骛”的场面并未出现,“高薪”没有引来足够的“高就者”,令人尴尬。 另一则新闻是,今年1~2月份,我国工业企业利润普遍下降,特别是国有及国有控股企业,实现利润170亿元,同比下降了36.1%。降幅之大,实属罕见。
