备受世界瞩目的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的建议》(下称建议)正式公布,建议对在“十五”期间已取得快速发展的汽车工业提出了三大指导性意见。行业结构调整不可避免经过“十五”时期的发展,国内汽车产业的结构性调整取得了一定成果,但目前我国的汽车整车企业仍超过500家,汽车零部件企业就更是超过4000家以上,竞争力仍然薄弱。
