心性猝死是老年人健康的主要问题,心律失常为老年心血管病的常见临床表现。美国每年有40万人死于缺血性心脏病,65%属于猝死,我国以猝死表现者占60%。本文对我院1979年4月至1989年4月,住院的45例60岁以上心性猝死前心律失常与同期成年人心性猝死前心律失常和死亡原因对比分析,力求引起临床工作者注意,以提高老年心性
