1984年10月,李尤白同志倡议成立“中华梨园研究学会”,得到学术界广泛热烈的响应。我们认为,唐代梨园可以说是我国历史上第一所综合性艺术学院,是溶戏剧、音乐、歌舞于一炉的艺术大观园,是盛唐文化的瑰宝。它为我国后世之戏曲、乐舞等艺术的发展与昌盛开了先河,在中国和世界艺术史上占有光辉的一页。为了发展和创立我国社会主义的新型艺术,在“推陈出新”、“古为今用”方针指引下,研究、借鉴和继承这些辉煌灿烂的艺术成果与经验,是我们这一代艺术工作者和研究工作者义不容辞的责
In October 1984, Comrade Li You Bai initiated the establishment of the “Pear Research Institute of Pear” and received a wide and enthusiastic response from academia. In our opinion, the pear garden in the Tang Dynasty can be said to be the first comprehensive art college in our history and is a grand art garden full of drama, music, song and dance, and a treasure of the Tang Dynasty culture. It has opened the door for the development and prosperity of the art of drama, music and dance in the later generations of our country and has a glorious page in the art history of China and the world. In order to develop and create a new type of art of socialism in our country, under the guidance of the principle of “innovation,” “the ancient as the present,” researching, drawing on and inheriting these magnificent and brilliant artistic achievements and experiences is our bounden duty of artists and researchers of this generation responsibility
