介绍在无缝钢管生产中芯棒温度测控系统的组成及MODCELL多回路控制器的基本应用。对芯棒表面温度的控制策略进行初步探讨,提出引入梯度函数对进水量提前补偿修正的方案。

Describes the composition of mandrel temperature measurement and control system and the basic application of MODCELL multi-loop controller in the production of seamless steel pipe. The control strategy of mandrel surface temperature is discussed preliminarily, and the scheme of introducing gradient function to compensate the water inflow in advance is proposed.
