现阶段,我国经济发展迅速,尤其是在建筑行业,建设的规模快速扩大,使得工民建筑施工单位的组织结构和生产方式发生了很大的变化。在实际建筑施工过程中,有很多因素造成了施工的进度和效益,直接影响到了施工单位的经济效益。因此,加强工民建工程的施工管理十分必要,提高工民建工程的管理水平对于建筑项目的建设和开发起着关键性的作用。本文就工民建工程中施工管理的存在的问题作简要的分析,并提出了相关对策。
At this stage, the rapid economic development in our country, especially in the construction industry, the rapid expansion of the scale of construction has led to great changes in the organizational structure and production methods of construction workers and civilians. In the actual construction process, there are many factors that have caused the progress and benefits of the construction and directly affect the economic benefits of the construction unit. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen construction management of civil construction projects, and improving the management level of civil construction projects plays a key role in the construction and development of construction projects. This article briefly analyzes the existing problems of construction management in the civil construction projects and puts forward some countermeasures.
