目的 探讨宫颈粘液中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)在受精过程中的变化和超早孕诊断中的价值。方法 采用放射免疫法检测正常月经周期且无宫颈炎症的108例妇女,和49例供者人工授精前后的子宫颈粘液中IL-1β。结果 正常月经周期宫颈粘液中IL-1β均值为(4.67±1.22)ng/ml并呈周期性变化,排卵期比滤泡期有明显增高于黄体中期达高峰。人工授精后妊娠组的标本中受精前和受精后48h与人工授精后未妊娠组相比浓度明显增高,差异有显著性。结论宫颈粘液IL-1β检测作为一种新的方法,不仅可以对受精作出早期诊断,而且还可以用于判断胚泡植入过程。
Objective To investigate the changes of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in cervical mucus during the process of fertilization and the value of early pregnancy diagnosis. Methods 108 women with normal menstrual cycle and no cervical inflammation were detected by radioimmunoassay and IL-1β in cervical mucus of 49 donors before and after artificial insemination. Results In normal menstrual cycle, the average IL-1β in cervical mucus was (4.67 ± 1.22) ng / ml and showed a periodic change. The ovulation period was significantly higher than that in follicular stage and reached the peak in mid-luteal phase. Pregnancy group after artificial insemination pre-fertilization and fertilization after 48h and artificial insemination than the non-pregnant group was significantly higher concentration, the difference was significant. Conclusion The detection of cervical mucus IL-1β as a new method not only can make early diagnosis of fertilization but also can be used to judge the blastocyst implantation process.
