目的 :观察乌鸡白凤丸对大鼠骨质疏松症的影响。方法 :采用维甲酸诱导大鼠骨质疏松症。结果 :乌鸡白凤丸 2 g/kg、6g/kg能明显提高骨质疏松大鼠抗疲劳能力 ,增加骨小梁宽度及骨小梁面积 ,X片显示股骨皮质厚度增厚、骨密度及扫描灰度值增加、骨Ca含量增加。结论 :乌鸡白凤丸对维甲酸所致大鼠骨质疏松症有良好的防治作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Wuji Baifeng Pills on osteoporosis in rats. METHODS: Rats with osteoporosis were induced with retinoic acid. Results: Wuji Baifeng Pill 2 g/kg, 6g/kg can significantly improve the anti-fatigue ability of rats with osteoporosis, increase the width of trabecular bone and the area of trabecular bone. X-ray shows thickening of cortical thickness, bone density and scanning. Gray value increases, bone Ca content increases. Conclusion : Wuji Baifeng Pill has a good preventive effect on rat osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid.
