甲状腺机能亢进症（甲亢）可合并多种肌病。其中急性甲亢性肌病（ＡＴＭ，又称急性毒性甲状腺肌病）为病情较为凶险的一种并发症，若治疗不及时可导致延髓麻痹、呼吸骤停，死亡率高。我院自１９９６年３月—１９９９年４月收治了ＡＴＭ１６例。现将我们的诊治经验总结如下。１
