教育信息化一直以来是我国教育改革和发展的一个重要目标,也是教育现代化的基础和条件。我国的教育行业信息化建设以1994年由国家教委主持的“中国教育科研网(CERNET)”正式启动为标志,发展到现在已有近十年时间。这期间的信息化建设在高校发展比较迅速,在中小学校也取得了一定的进展。2001年,面向中小学校的“校校通”工程在全国范围内正式启动。目前,已有很多中小学校建起了自己的校园网络中心和多媒体教室。但
