将ICR新生鼠心脏一分为二,移植于18~22g的BALB/c小鼠的耳后皮下,建立同种异位心肌移植模型。移植心肌分为心脏对切组和随机分切组,结果发现2组的心肌存活时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。供心乳鼠日龄分为Ⅰ组:1日龄内;Ⅱ组:2~3日龄,Ⅲ组:4~5日龄,结果发现Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组之间心肌存活时间均有明显差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。实验表明,在此模型中,移植心肌存活时间与供心乳鼠日龄有关,与所取的组织部位的随机性无关。
The ICR neonatal rat heart was divided into two and transplanted into the posterior subcutaneous of 18-22g BALB / c mice to establish the allograft myocardial transplantation model. Cardiac grafts were divided into heart-cutting group and randomized group. There was no significant difference in myocardial viability between the two groups (P> 0.05). Day-old male rats were divided into group Ⅰ: 1 day old; group Ⅱ: 2 to 3 days old, group Ⅲ: 4 to 5 days old, and found that group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ myocardial survival time There was a significant difference (P <0.01, P <0.05). Experiments show that in this model, the survival time of transplanted myocardium is related to the age of the donkey’s heart, not related to the randomness of the tissue.
