我院成立于1974年,隶属于中国建筑工程总公司、中国建筑一局(集团)有限公司。设计资质有:建筑行业(建筑工程)甲级、规划设计乙级。我院的业务范围包括:国内外各类工业及民用建筑、城市规划、项目策划、室内装饰设计、景观设计、工程概预算编制、工程甲级总承包等领域,并已取得“ISO9001质量管理体系认证”。近年来我院在海内外完成了一大批具有重要意义和影响的建筑。如北京中关村科技大厦、海龙大厦、翠微大厦、甘家口大厦、青海省疾病预防控制中心、大理全民健身中心、大理学院、中国第一历史档案馆迁建工程及哈萨克斯坦阿斯塔纳市“北京大厦”
