2003年9月2～10日,全国农业技术推广服务中心组织有关专家和天津、河北、河南、山东、安徽、江苏、山西7省(市)种子管理站负责大豆品种区试人员考察了山东、河南、河北3省黄淮海夏大豆品种区域试验和生产试验的试验质量及参试品种的田间表现,参观了跨省(区)大豆品种展示与示范。考察结束后,于11日在河北省保定市组织召开了跨省区大豆新品种展示示范观摩活动,来自14个省(市)种子管理部门和有关方面的代表、专家60多人参加了观摩活动。活动期间,与
