南屯矿始终坚持“以人为本”这一核心不动摇,把安全与健康作为职工最大的利益,在抓好矿井安全生产的同时,不断强化理念引领,从源头治理入手,努力改善生产作业条件,消除职业危害,全力做好职业卫生健康保障工作。该矿成立了以矿长为组长,分管副矿长为副组长的职业卫生工作领导小组。各单位建立以主要负责人为组长的职业卫生领导机构,将职业卫生监管工作统一调整到本单位的安全监管部门,并配备专职管理人员,形成上下一致、运转有效的职业卫生监管机制。制定了《南屯煤矿职业安全健康管理办法》,完善了《职业危害防治责任制
