选举作为党内生活的一项重要民主形式,是党组织活动应遵循的基本原则之一和发展党内民主的关键环节。在理念基础、社会环境发生深刻变化的新形势下,大力推进“票决制”是党内民主特别是党内基层民主建设深化发展的客观要求。本文着重分析了这种客观要求的重要性和必要性现实基础,希望通过票决的方法来提高选举活动的客观性、公正性,反映真实的民情、民意,进一步提升党内选举活动的质量,为党组织正确决策、选人用人提供保障,促进党的活力。
As an important form of democracy in party life, the election is one of the basic principles to be followed in the activities of party organizations and the key link in the development of inner-party democracy. Under the new situation of ideological foundation and profound changes in the social environment, the vigorous promotion of “voting system ” is an objective requirement for deepening the development of inner-party democracy, especially the construction of grass-roots inner-party democracy. This article focuses on the analysis of the importance and necessity of this objective requirement. Based on the reality, I hope that by means of vote-taking, we will improve the objectivity and fairness of the election activities, reflect the true public sentiment and public opinion, and further improve the quality of the election activities in the party. For the party’s correct decision-making, selection of personnel to provide protection, promote the vitality of the party.
