良、恶性腹水的鉴别对其相关疾病的治疗有重要的指导意义,是目前的研究热点之一。多种肿瘤标记物被认为有助于鉴别良、恶性腹水,本文就近年来被确定有鉴别诊断意义的一些指标及其联合检测的价值作一综述。
The identification of benign and malignant ascites has important guiding significance for the treatment of related diseases and is one of the current research hotspots. A variety of tumor markers are considered to be helpful in distinguishing between benign and malignant ascites. This article reviews the value of several indicators that have been identified in recent years for differential diagnosis and the value of their combined detection.
