6月17日,青岛市公布了2002年高等院校与科研机构转化高新技术成果奖励情况,其中“衣康酸”等5项来自外地的科研成果捧走了总金额超过100万元的奖励。 青岛重奖政策产生磁场效应。6月27-29日,在青岛参加“21世纪中国国际化人才创业”洽谈会的来自16个国家的150余名海外留学人员携带自己的科研成果和项目而来,涉及生物医药、环保、新材料等多个领域。据统计,此次大会共发布各类项目848项,洽谈项目112项,达成合作意向37项,签订合作协议11项。共有来自清华大学等近千名高校科研机构和企业代表参加洽谈。
