利用差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪等仪器对硼酸复配低分子酚醛树脂(简称B-PF)的热性能进行表征,利用该树脂浸渍改性国产速生杨木,研究其对速生杨阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,在原料配比为n(苯酚):n(甲醛):n(硼酸):n(氢氧化钠)=1:1.9:0.3:0.3的条件下合成的B-PF,p H值为7.90,固含量为49.3%,固化温度为129.5℃,常温下储存期大于90 d,与酚醛树脂(PF)相比,B-PF颜色浅,用其制备的改性材能够较好地保持木材原有的色泽和纹理;升温至700℃时B-PF的残重率达到73.0%,较PF提高25.86%;B-PF固含量在20%以上时,改性速生杨木阻燃性能从易燃提高至难燃等级,固含量为40%的B-PF改性速生杨木的氧指数为43.4%,较未处理材提高1.28倍。
The thermal properties of boric acid complexed low molecular weight phenolic resin (referred to as B-PF) were characterized by means of differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry and other instruments.
