党的十六届五中全会和自治区党委六届十次全委(扩大)会议的召开,吹响了“十一五”发展的进军号角。认真贯彻落实党的十六届五中全会和自治区党委六届十次全委(扩大)会议精神,就要牢牢把握国家和自治区改革发展的大局,努力在“十一五”发展中找准位置、找准方向,使经济社会的发展更好地体现科学发展和自治区战略的要求,在新的起点上实现新的跨越。
The plenary session of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and the regional party committee of the autonomous region held its 10th meeting of the 10th plenary session (enlarged), which sounded the march of “11th Five-Year Plan” for development.
