主持人: 我单位一职工,1965年参加工作,1993年1月参加养老保险并建立个人账户,1997年因触犯刑法被判处3年有期徒刑。现刑满释放并已达到退休年龄。请问:是否可以按劳动保障部法规司、社会保险事业管理局编写的《社会保险费征缴暂行条例及相关政策问题解答》的185条办理退休?如不能办,个人账户如何处理? 水电九局社会保险局
