为了进一步探讨喂养方式对婴儿早期生长发育的影响,现将1994~1996年出生并在我科进行系统管理的182例0~6月婴儿,根据3种不同喂养方式及添加辅食情况,对身高、体重、发锌及血红蛋白进行了系统观察,报告如下.1 资料与方法选择182例出生体重在2500g~4000g,身长在50cm以上的足月顺产儿(男83例,女99例),进行6个月的系统观察.每月测量身高,体重.评价采用WHO7岁以下儿童身高体重评价标准,6月龄时查发锌(低于110PPm为异常),血红蛋白(低于110g/L为贫血).
In order to further explore the impact of feeding on the early growth and development of infants, 182 infants from June to June who were born from 1994 to 1996 in our department and managed systematically were divided into three groups based on three different feeding modes and supplementary feeding. Body weight, hair zinc and hemoglobin were observed as follows.1 Materials and Methods 182 cases of birth weight in 2500g ~ 4000g, more than 50cm in length full-term children (83 males and 99 females), 6 The monthly body height and body weight were measured.We evaluated the height and weight of children under 7 years of age in WHO, found zinc (less than 110PPm as abnormal) and hemoglobin (anemia less than 110g / L) at 6 months of age.
