体外反搏(External Counterpulsation,ECP)属于无创性、机械性辅助循环装置,用于治疗冠心病心绞痛已有17年历史,临床疗效确切.国内外报道甚多,但体外反搏对无症状性心肌缺血(Silent Myocardial lschemia,SMI)的疗效研究报道尚少.为此,作者对36例有SMI发作的冠心病患者进行ECP治疗,旨在探讨ECP对SMI的治疗价值及其机制.
External Counterpulsation (ECP) is a noninvasive, mechanical auxiliary circulatory device for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease for 17 years and has a definite clinical curative effect.Many reports have been reported at home and abroad, but ECP has no effect on asymptomatic myocardium To date, there are few reports on the therapeutic effect of Silent Myocardial Ischemia (SMI) .Therefore, we conducted ECP treatment on 36 patients with SMI attack and aimed at investigating the therapeutic value and mechanism of ECP on SMI.
