卫生安全问题是粮油食品行业的头等大事 ,关系到国计民生 ,多年来党和政府都常抓不懈。前段时间出现的卫生部通报食用油不合格事件 ,引发了粮油加工企业以及消费者之间不小的震动。粮油食品卫生安全问题再次成为热点 ,加之2 0 0 5年是中国消费者协会确定的“健康维权”年 ,本刊特此推出关于粮油食品安全专题 ,给粮油加工企业的生产管理出谋划策 ,为消费者购买食用油提供参考
