公民道德建设是一项系统工程。通过我国以往公民道德建设经验的分析可知:传统建设方法的应用无法发挥出提升公民道德水平、综合素质的作用。因此,可以利用群众文化替代传统的建设方法,使得公民道德素质水平能够更好地维护我国社会的稳定。本文从群众文化在公民道德建设中应用的可行性入手,对群众文化在公民德建设中的作用进行分析和研究。
Citizen moral construction is a systematic project. Through the analysis of the past experience of civic morality construction in our country, we can see that the application of the traditional method of construction can not play a role in enhancing the citizen’s moral level and overall quality. Therefore, we can make use of the mass culture to replace the traditional methods of construction so that the moral standards of citizens can better safeguard the stability of our society. This article starts from the feasibility of applying mass culture in the construction of citizen morality, and analyzes and studies the function of mass culture in the construction of citizen morality.
