随着我国新型医疗改革的不断深化,市场化运营背景下,公立医院所处的市场环境越来越复杂,由于公立医院公益性的特性,使得公立医院必然成为社会责任的承担者。在市场经济条件下,公立医院得到了快速的发展,但是,随着市场自由度的不断提高,很多公立医院逐渐忘记自己的公益性性质,导致公立医院社会责任缺失,没有承担起一个医疗服务机构应该承担的医疗服务责任,因此,必须加强公立医院社会责任管理,提高公立医院的公益意识和服务水平,本文基于利益链的视角,对利益链上的利益相关者进行分析,并提出新时期公立医院社会责任的内容。
