本文分析了河北省海洋经济发展的现状及存在问题,结合京津冀协同发展带来的机遇,就加快河北省海洋经济发展提出了加大政府支持力度、提高资源利用效率、加强人才队伍建设、推动产业结构优化升级、发挥后发优势跨越发展、统筹海陆环境治理等对策建议。
This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of marine economic development in Hebei Province. Combining with the opportunities brought by the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, it proposes to increase government support to speed up marine economic development in Hebei Province, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, strengthen the construction of qualified personnel, Promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, give play to advantages and disadvantages of backward development, and co-ordinate the settlement of land and sea environment and other countermeasures and suggestions.
