茫茫人海,每个人都有自己的位置、自己的分工、自己的作用。虽然我只是这茫茫人海中普普通通的一员,但是,就在这个平凡的生活中,平凡的岗位上,始终是实实在在做人,勤勤恳恳工作,对人对事“但求无愧我心”。从1992年底踏进人行的大门,到现在已经历了8年的风雨历程,8年的时间,把我从一名政治教师磨炼成一名比较合格的金融工作者,其中包涵着领导的关心、培养,同事的帮助、体贴,同时也有自己所付出的种种艰辛。谁都知道,转行意味着什么,那就是一切从零开始,从头学起,自己上师专学的政治经济学、辩证唯物主义等一套政治理论不能说在银行中一点用不上,但在实际工作中也是微乎其微。
