对于国家经济发展来说,水利工程是保证人们正常生活和农业正常发展的重要工程,只有保证了水资源的合理控制和分配才能降低各种洪涝灾害的发生。但由于水利工程施工规模较大,且需要面对的环境较为复杂,导致水利工程的施工质量监督和管理一直是限制水利工程发展的重要原因,文章根据对当前我国水利工程施工质量监督和管理中存在的问题,总结了改善我国水利工程施工质量监督和管理的措施。
For national economic development, water conservancy projects are an important project to ensure people’s normal life and normal development of agriculture.
