目的 探讨氟对肾脏细胞凋亡的影响。方法 给wistar大鼠饮用含 5 0mg/L氟化钠的高氟水 ,6个月后 ,用TUNEL法和流式细胞术检测大鼠肾脏细胞凋亡。结果 氟能诱导大鼠肾脏TUNEL阳性细胞 ,而且凋亡细胞率较对照组明显增高。结论 研究提示氟可诱导大鼠肾脏细胞凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effect of fluoride on renal cell apoptosis. Methods Wistar rats were treated with high-fluoride water containing 50 mg / L sodium fluoride. Six months later, apoptosis of renal cells was detected by TUNEL and flow cytometry. Results Fluorine can induce TUNEL positive cells in rat kidney, and the apoptotic cells were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion The study suggests that fluorine can induce rat renal cell apoptosis.
