体育教学是以学生身体练习为手段,提高学生身体、心理健康和社会适应能力为目的课堂教学。体育游戏是体育教学中的一个不可缺少的重要组成部分,它是从学生的兴趣爱好出发,通过合理的设计、编排,引导学生与同伴之间相互竞争、相互合作进行主动性学习,以达到共同提高,共同进步的目的。合理设计体育游戏,不但能活跃课堂气氛,而且能让学生有自由、竞争、成功的体验,对于发展学生的身体素质和培养学生良好的意志有着重要作用。
