法学专业实训教学是高校培养法律专业人才必不可少的环节,创新实训教学模式对提升法律人才质量尤为重要。文中以美国法学实践教学发展对我国法学实训教学的改革为研究对象,分析了美国法学实践教学发展情况及我国实施实训教学的重要性,介绍了我国改革法学实践教学的策略。
The teaching of law practice is an indispensable part of the training of law professionals in colleges and universities. It is especially important to improve the quality of legal talents by innovating the practical training teaching mode. The article takes the reform of law practice teaching in our country as the object of study, analyzes the development of law practice teaching in the United States and the importance of implementing practical teaching in China, and introduces the tactics of reforming the law practice teaching in our country.
