采用日本学者铃木清编制的一般性焦虑测验（华东师大修订），对701名普通高中生和中等师范学生进行了测量，并与部分教师和学生进行了座谈。研究结果发现：1．这一年龄阶段学生的焦虑水平普遍较高，高焦虑者所占比例过高，高中生和中师生之间的差异不明显。2．该年龄阶段学生的焦虑水平存在明显性别差异，女生的焦虑水平高于男生。3．低年级学生的焦虑水平高于高年级学生，特别是刚从初中升入高一级学校的学生，在适应新学习环境上存在问题较多，需要引起教育工作者足够重视。
A general anxiety test (revised by East China Normal University) compiled by Japanese scholar Suzuki Kiyoshi was used to measure 701 ordinary high school students and middle-level normal students and to discuss with some teachers and students. The findings show that: 1. The anxiety level of students in this age group is generally high, the proportion of high anxiety is too high, the difference between high school students and middle school teachers and students is not obvious. 2. There was a significant gender difference in the anxiety level of students in this age group, and the anxiety level of girls was higher than that of boys. 3. The anxiety level of lower grades students is higher than that of upper grades, especially those who have just moved from junior high to higher level. There are many problems in adapting to the new learning environment, which needs to be paid enough attention to by educators.
