目的探讨术前角膜地形图检查在白内障人工晶体手术中调整缝线的作用。方法50名白内障患者分为两组:一组为角膜地形图图组,一组为对照组,每组25名。角膜地形图组于手术前进行角膜地形图检查。角膜地形图组根据术前角膜屈光状态检查结果,术中进行缝线调整,对照组术中不进行缝线调整。观察术后探眼视力的变化。结果角膜地形图组术后探眼视力较对照组明显提高。结论白内障人工晶体手术中调整缝线是必要的,术前角膜地形图检查可为白内障人工晶体术中缝线调整提供依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative corneal topography on suture adjustment during cataract surgery. Methods Fifty cataract patients were divided into two groups: one group was corneal topographic map group and the other one was control group with 25 in each group. Corneal topographic map corneal topography before surgery. Corneal topography group according to preoperative corneal refractive status examination results, intraoperative suture adjustment, control group intraoperative suture adjustment. Visual observation of postoperative eye changes. Results Corneal topography postoperative eye vision was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions It is necessary to adjust the suture during cataract surgery. The preoperative corneal topography can provide the basis for suture adjustment in cataract intraocular lens.
