2015年12月1日,河南省水利厅召开厅直属机关党建工作研讨会,深化省委“4+4+2”党建制度体系在水利系统的贯彻落实。厅党组书记、厅长李柳身主持会议并作重要讲话,驻厅纪检组长郭永平,厅机关各处室负责人和驻郑厅属单位党政负责人参加了会议。会上,7个单位党组织负责人结合抓党建年度述职,重点就贯彻落实县级以上机关四项制度和两项机制做法进行了交流发言。李柳身就贯彻落实好党建制度体系强调:一要提高认识,进一步增强从严治党制度建设的自觉性。省委提出“4+4+2”制度机制是贯彻中央从严治党的一个具体部署,从制度框架上健全完善了从严治党。
