1引言1994年2月至1997年6月，我们采用体外小剂量肝素化（局部肝素化）和无肝素紧急血液透析（血透），治疗脑出血用甘露醇后致急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）18例，取得良好效果。另以同期用常规治疗的ARF12例为对照组，作一对比分析，以期评价其临床疗效和使用价值。2临床资料2.1一般
1 Introduction From February 1994 to June 1997 we treated acute hemorrhagic renal failure (ARF) with mannitol for intracerebral hemorrhage using low-dose in vitro heparinization (topical heparinization) and hemodialysis without hemodialysis (hemodialysis) 18 cases, achieved good results.
