患者 ,男 ,3 4岁 ,因咽部异物感 1 8个月于 2 0 0 1年 3月 2 1日入院。既往有“肺结核”病史。 1 8个月前无明显诱因出现咽部异物感 ,吞咽哽噎 ,就诊多家医院 ,诊断为慢性咽炎、咽异感症。服各种中西药治疗 (不详 )无效。 2 0 0 0年 9月在某医院行胃镜检查为“慢性浅表性胃炎”
The patient, male, 34 years old, was admitted to hospital on the 21st of March 2001 due to a foreign body sensation of the throat for 18 months. Past history of “tuberculosis”. 1 8 months ago, there was no obvious incentive to have a sense of foreign body pharynx, pharyngeal swallowed, visited a number of hospitals, the diagnosis of chronic pharyngitis, pharyngeal dysarthria. A variety of Chinese and Western medicine treatment (unknown) is invalid. Gastroscopy in a hospital in September 2000 as “chronic superficial gastritis”
