随着我国职业教育改革的深入,课堂教学应该突出教与学两个方面,要实现课堂的回归,强化学生的自主学习,激发学生的学习主观能动性。当下的高级技工学校语文教学在教学目标的制定上一定要突出学生的学习积极性与主体性,在教学的过程中教师不要再一味的开展知识的灌输,而是与学生进行全面的沟通与交流,在课堂上给学生留足思考与探究的时间与空间,凡是学生能通过自主学习与自主探究解决的问题都留给学生自己去解决,以此锻炼学生的学习能力。解决不了的难题,教师就要强化引导,给学生一定的指引,然后再解决问题,切记直接告诉学生答案,否则学生就会容易形成一定的学习惰性,不利于学生未来的发展与成长。
