目的了解南京市溧水区食品状况,为制定有针对性的监督管理措施提供科学依据。方法根据国家标准方法进行检测。结果共检测样品809份,总合格率为95.2%;膨化食品、油条、蔬菜、皮蛋、酱腌菜、肉制品中部分指标超标,10类食品检测合格率差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);食品检测合格率呈逐年上升的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);食品企业、超市、农贸市场、早餐店食品检测合格率分别为:98.2%、97.1%、92.9%和89.8%,早餐店检测合格率最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论南京市溧水区市售食品部分指标超标,相关部门应采取综合性的预防控制措施,对重点食品加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the food status of Lishui District in Nanjing and provide scientific basis for making targeted supervision and management measures. Methods According to the national standard method for testing. Results A total of 809 samples were tested with a total pass rate of 95.2%. Conclusion Some indicators of the commercial food in Lishui District in Nanjing exceeded the standard, and relevant departments should take comprehensive preventive and control measures to strengthen the supervision and management of key foods.
