笔者对我院胸科2007年和2009年抗菌药物合理使用进行了对照研究,以了解目前医务人员合理使用抗菌药物的情况,为医院抗菌药物规范性管理提供依据。1资料与方法1.1资料来源:随机抽取2007年1月至12月出院的胸科Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术患者287例为2007年组,2009年1月至12月出院的胸科Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术患者338例为2009年组。
