结扎兔冠状动脉左室支,造成急性心肌梗塞(AMI)模型,观察别隐品碱(Allocryptopine、Ap)5mg/kg、Img/kg、4mg/kg 分别对 AMI 范围(MIE)、心电图、血清 CPK 和 LDH-同功酶水平,心功能、血流动力学、大鼠复灌心律失常进行了研究。结果表明,AP 显著缩小 MIE,明显减轻心电图型的缺血和坏死性变化,降低血清 CPK 及 LDH-同功酶水平.减慢心率(HR)、降低动脉收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)、左室内压(LVP)、抑制左室收缩与舒张功能、缩短室性心律失常持续时间和室颤发生数。提示:AP 能减轻缺血损伤程度,具有抗心肌梗塞的作用。
Left ventricular branch of rabbit coronary artery was ligated to cause acute myocardial infarction (AMI) model. Observed allocryptopine (Ap) 5mg/kg, Img/kg, 4mg/kg to AMI range (MIE), electrocardiogram, serum CPK And LDH-isozyme levels, cardiac function, hemodynamics, rat recurrent arrhythmias were studied. The results showed that AP significantly reduced MIE, significantly reduced electrocardiographic ischemic and necrotic changes, and decreased serum CPK and LDH-isozyme levels. Slowed heart rate (HR), decreased arterial systolic pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP ), left ventricular pressure (LVP), inhibition of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function, shortening the duration of ventricular arrhythmia, and the number of ventricular fibrillation. Tips: AP can reduce the degree of ischemic injury, with anti-myocardial infarction.
