非晶合金由于长程无序的原子排列结构特征,表现出优异的力学性能如高强度、高硬度、高耐磨性和高耐腐蚀性等,应用潜力巨大。激光熔覆作为一种先进高效的表面处理技术,将激光熔覆技术与非晶合金相结合,为促进非晶合金的应用和发展开辟新途径。本文介绍国内外采用激光熔覆技术制备非晶合金涂层的研究现状,包括熔覆材料和熔覆工艺的选择、非晶合金涂层的形成机理、涂层的性能和应用,指出存在的问题,并展望其发展前景。
