北七家高科技工业园成立于1992年,是中关村科技园昌平园的产业基地之一,属北京市65家重点工业小区之一(由市农委、市乡镇企业局确立的)。园区总占地面积2616亩,基础设施全部达到“七通一平”标准,入园企业已基本落实。工业园的土地开发、投资建设和招商引资工作是由北京宏翔鸿投资有限公司负责;工业园企业的管理、入园项目的审批是由北七家高科技工业园管理委员会负责。七家高科技工业园将发展成为北七家镇二产孵化基
Beiqijia High-tech Industrial Park was established in 1992. It is one of the industrial bases of Changping Park in Zhongguancun Science Park and is one of the 65 key industrial communities in Beijing (established by the Municipal Agricultural Commission and the Municipal Bureau of Township Enterprises). The park covers an area of 2616 mu and the infrastructure has reached the “seven connections and one leveling” standard. The enterprises have basically implemented the park. The land development, investment construction and investment attraction of industrial parks are under the responsibility of Beijing Hongxianghong Investment Co., Ltd.; the management of industrial park enterprises and the approval of admission projects are handled by the management committee of the Beiqijia Hi-tech Industrial Park. Seven high-tech industrial parks will be developed into two production-incubators
