为解决井下高压水射流冲孔污水产量、水资源浪费、工作面环境差、影响矿井产量等问题,研究一套处理效率高、效果良好、操作简单、运输方便的循环水处理装置。采用实验室模拟冲孔现场的方法,确定了水处理装置的初型以及改进方案。采用粗滤与复杂高级过滤相结合的形式,确定整个装置的过滤形式与顺序。整个装置在钱家营矿5煤层进行了现场试验,结果表明:采取水循环处理措施后,每年将带来巨大经济效益。
In order to solve the problems of high pressure water jet punching wastewater, waste of water resources, poor working environment and affecting the output of mine, a set of circulating water treatment device with high efficiency, good effect, simple operation and convenient transportation was studied. Using laboratory simulation punching the scene of the method to determine the initial type of water treatment plant and improvement programs. The combination of coarse filtration and complex advanced filtration is used to determine the filtration form and order of the whole device. The whole device was tested on site in Coal Mine 5 Coal Mine, the results show that: take water treatment measures, each will bring huge economic benefits.
