国务委员、中国国际减灾十年委员会主任李贵鲜在日前召开的中国国际减灾十年委员会第五次全体会议上,就编制《中国减灾规划》问题发表了重要意见。 李贵鲜指出,《中国减灾规划》是贯彻党和国家领导同志有关减灾指示的具体体现。减灾要与发展并重,要把减灾纳入我国的国民经济和社会发展规划。制定好这个规划,对于富国安邦、造福子孙乃至造福全人类具有重要作用。
State Councilor Li Guixian, director of China’s International Decade of Victims of Disaster Reduction, at the Fifth Plenary Session of China’s International Decade of Victims of the Decade, made important comments on the preparation of “China’s disaster reduction plan.” Li Guixin pointed out: “China’s disaster reduction planning” is a concrete manifestation of implementing the instructions of the party and state leaders on disaster reduction. Disaster reduction should be paralleled with development, and disaster reduction should be incorporated into the national economic and social development plan of our country. Making a good plan will play an important role in helping the rich and the country benefit even the benefit of all mankind.
