在互联网发展迅猛的今天,利用信息技术来有效组织和发挥财务管理的功效,为企业的业务经营分析、决策提供有力的支持,已为国内外广大管理人员所共识。据统计,90％以上的企业用户在利用信息技术建立企业的财务及企业管理系统后,企业的管理效率得以较大提升,极大增强了企业的市场竞争活力。我国已加入WTO,必须遵守WTO的规则。随着经济全球化、网络化、知识化的进程,这必将给我国企业带来前所未有的机遇和挑战,尤其是企业财务管理方面将会受到很大冲击。
